After waiting all day for another company to call us back yesterday, I emailed Harkey last night and Ryan quickly replied. As promised, I got a call this morning at 8am to schedule a time. AJ came out this morning and quickly fixed the problem. This company lived up to it's great reviews!

Todd installed a hot water heater at my home. He and the other guy arrived on time and removed my current water heater from my attic. They installed the new one in my garage. It looks great and works well. I’m very pleased with the service I received from Harkey Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing.

Technicians Josh and JT are very good and came back to identify a vibration noise in our kitchen that wouldn’t duplicate upon first visit and couldn’t find what was wrong. I called them back when the noise started again and they heard it and found out to make a longer description short our 18 year old furnace was failing. Most importantly they found that the furnace was actually leaking carbon monoxide that was directly related. They immediately shut off the unit and gas line. They were very informative and the unit was replaced next day. Highly recommend this group!

I called Harkey Heating and Air to obtain information about a compressor replacement on my 4 year old Carrier heat pump unit. He was very transparent about his pricing, steps, processes, and schedule. He was able to change out and complete the warranty repair on the same day. I would recommend Harkey as a reliable HVAC contractor.

I would recommend Harky Heating and Air to everyone. Today my unit broke and they were here in 45 mins from call. JT serviced my unit which is about 17 years old. I was prepared to hear the words you need a new unit. Nope he said it's great to be this old. Today he came out and a switch had gone bad in the attic..again he assured me my unit is good. Anyone else would have heard the words 17 yrs old would automatically said new unit. I worked with Ryan years ago. When I do need a new unit these guys will do it.....

Finding a reliable HVAC company in Mooresville has been tough! I was referred to Harkey from another local HVAC company that wasn't taking new customers. I have had the same intermittent AC issue for about a year. 3 different companies gave me 3 different reasons.

AJ from Harkey came out and walked me through how he troubleshooted the issue. Within 30 minutes he identified the problem and showed me exactly what was causing my breaker issue.

In this day an age its awesome to find people like AJ. Knowledgeable and willing to educate the customer. People always make the difference!

I’m a fairly handy person but after installing a new thermostat I just couldn’t get my furnace to turn in. I called Harkey H&A and told them my issue and what I had done already. Instead of setting up an appointment and charging me he told me over the phone what my issue was (a $2 fuse on the furnace board had blown) and saved me a TON of time and money. I’ll definitely be using them for things that are outside my comfort zone in the future. Thank y’all so much!
