When your air goes out in the summer 🥵. Harkey was on the spot and even let us have a loaner portable AC to use until ours was fixed! Now that’s customer service. We had a small issue after installation, but it was addressed and fixed immediately in a professional manner. The people at Harkey take pride in what they do and it shows with their excellent customer service!

These guys got someone out to my house and diagnosed a problem with my system in about 20 minutes. while the other company I used spent 3 hours here and couldn’t find the issues.

Would highly recommend and will be a loyal customer for a long time.

Heat was on overdrive and we were roasting!! We called in the morning and a tech showed up in the afternoon. He was knowledgeable, was able to pinpoint the issue, provide an estimate and replace the part.

Ken Walker service technician is awesome! He arrived on time, kept me informed of his arrival time and checked out my unit. Technicians are highly skilled and do an awesome job. Honest and competent. One company told me my compressor was shot and I needed a total unit replacement. I asked these guys to check the other companies work. They did a quick assessment and said it was likely a breaker. A quick fix and I was back in AC for thousands of dollars less. Appreciate the honesty.

Harkey Heating and Air was the fastest to get back to me when our AC unit shut down during the hottest week of the summer. They were able to replace our unit the very next day, where as other companies would be a week and a half longer. Their prices were comparable, Ryan and his team were very courteous and professional. They even went ahead and registered my new ac for me, and helped make sure my nest thermostat was up and running. Definitely recommend!
