Air Care Heating and Cooling (formerly Jones)

Jones installed my furnace and AC 20 years ago, and perform all the maintenance on them. Employees always polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Serviceman never tries to upsell me work or equipment I don't need.

I called Jones heating for emergency service. John came out for the service call. He was very professional and able to diagnose the problem to get our AC unit fixed right away. The ladies in the office are super friendly it was a great customer service experience.

We have been very pleased with the service we get each time with Jones Heating and Air. Today I asked for the service tech if he could check for evidence of a leak while he was in the crawlspace. I realize it was beyond the scope of their typical service, as it was unrelated to HVAC. He willingly looked in the area I was concerned about and then came back inside to give me a report. I appreciate this above and beyond the the peace of mind I now have.

Jones HAC installed a heat pump system in my house about twenty years ago, and I was pleased with their service at that time. The system needed replacing last month. The Jones HAC service team was once again prompt and professional in their installation of a new heat pump system. They also were very helpful in submitting rebate applications.

Seasonal check was priced right an completed quickly with technician fully vaccinated. No other HVAC I called could offer fully vaccinated people coming into my home. Thank you Air Care!

We previously dealt with another company who told us that our whole system needed to be replaced. We called jones for a second opinion and we were told that it was a simple fix and they could have it done that day. Ever since we have gone to Jones first. Recently our a/c was lagging behind. The Jones rep came out and let us know that it was a simple issue with the thermostat. He said " I hate that you guys will have to pay the visit fee for just this". So he replaced our filters. Great company with great service techs

During a recent system check, the technician found some issues in our 14+ year old system. Dave worked with us to explain the options and the new system. The system was installed but a he found a crack in the screen of the wall thermostat and pointed this out. He would bring a new thermostat the next morning. The install went well after an issue with the system heating. Dave was concerned and even after hours called to check on the system and check some options. As the external temperature dropped into the mid-teens outside the system could not maintain the set temperature. We contacted Dave early the next morning and he immediately responded and after checking determined the issue was in the cracked thermostat. He then called back later in the day to make sure the system was still working.

We have been with JH&A for over 14 years. They always work with us and we greatly appreciate the concern and the professional service we have received.
