    Brandon came to replace a leaky hose under the toilet...but he went above & beyond by providing a full plumbing inspection, flushed our water tank & helped get our house into “full swing” mode. He was fast, straight forward, and made us feel assured that everything was working properly. I will definitely utilize him and his company as our go to plumber.

    Excellent service! Our technician, Andy K. was exceptional. He thoroughly inspected our ac unit until he resolved the issue. He was very, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using Weather Master. Like the commercial states, you will love these guys!

    Excellent Service. So first....I have never written a review but felt compelled to do so. I first called Michael and Sons for an estimate to reattach my external meter box to the house (it had come loose at some point and was pulling away from the house). Michael and Sons told me the whole box needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate of $3300. I just needed the box reattached not replaced but they assured me that it needed to be replaced.....BS. I called Weather Master, they were at my house with in an hour to provide an estimate. Jesus the technician was Fantastic. Very professional and knowledgable. He provided me with an estimate to complete the work for $225. Jesus returned the following morning and quickly made the repair and had the power restored. Great experience and Jesus was the best. The work was exceptional. Glad there are still honest and reputable companies out there that aren't trying to take advantage of their customers. They have gained a customer for life and I would highly recommend Weather Master!!!

    Brandon came in response to my call for a master bathroom toilet fixture which wasn't working properly and needed new flush valve, flap, etc. Further, a second bathroom was in need of repairs from a previous leak which had caused damage to the ceiling and was repaired with an insurance claim.
    Brandon listened to my priorities, analysed the repairs needed, outlined his suggestions and costs in a calm and methodical manner. His explanations were precise and sensible.
    After his repairs for the crucial commode, we agreed to have a second visit for the remainder of work needed. He outlined in writing the suggestions for this along with costs. This after a total inspection and analysis of my entire plumbing problems (or potential needs).
    I was totally satisfied with his work. As always, I hated spending money. But like a great meal at a restaurant, it was much easier to swallow knowing the work was done properly and professionally.
    I trust Brandon and his company, and would highly recommend them. My daughter recommended them initially since her experience had been good.
    I follow suit. Prompt, courteous, professional, and honest!
    My hats off to this company and Brandon!

    I was able to get someone here within 24 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. David explained my issues and options to fix them and give me his recommendation. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain everything, and I feel good about the decision. Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs service or is considering a new unit.

    We used WM for a basic repair of a leak in our older shower. The person who took our call said it would be $99 to come out and assess the problem. However they also said that if the repair was over $300, they would deduct the $99 from the bill. We were quoted $400 - $500 for the job after their plumber came over to examine the problem. When they finally fixed the issue (it took two weeks), the out the door price was $609. When I asked about the $99 service call charge being deducted from our bill, I got a whole line of different excuses why they wouldn't be giving us the $99 back. The owner did call me a few days later but got kind of worked-up on the phone over the issue; then I had to argue with the plumber at length before they "said" they would refund me back $68 plus tax.
    I very much resent having to fight these guys about "their own" refund policy. They also claimed they could not guarantee their work because the water pressure on our house was too high (110). Funny thing is that over the years, we've used various plumbers and not a single one ever mentioned that issue to us.

    However it’s now 10 days later and we have been contacted by the same company. The woman on the phone was very nice and understood our problem. They sent another plumber out (Brandon) who was a great guy in every way AND was able to fix our leak.
    Thus I’ve edited this review to move it up to 3 stars. However if I can figure out how to do a separate review — just for him — I will give him 5 stars. Very pleased with Brandon, a real credit to the profession and company!

    Leaving this review specifically because the Service Tech (Nick C.) who just left my house after spending most of the day repairing our AC Unit. This guy is the epitome of a great Service Tech! He's been out here a couple of times and has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He's shown great attention to detail, honestly seems to care about the quality of his work and is patient with my never ending questions. It's never easy to drop a bunch of greenbacks on a failed unit, but having a Tech like this makes you feel a bit better about knowing exactly what was wrong and why it had to be done and done right. Honestly, I could pick just about any HVAC company to come fix my stuff, but what keeps me coming back to Weather Master is the quality of the people on the front lines, like Nick C!

    Scheduled an estimate request with Weather Master, and when the estimator arrived I was finishing up with a competitor as getting multiple quotes to compare is a requirement. I was outside, saw the estimator, and instead of getting out of his truck, he sat for 10 minutes then aggressively sped away. He did not exit his truck and ring the doorbell to speak with my wife, call my cell phone, or otherwise communicate in any way. I immediately called the office line and they confirmed that he "saw me speaking with another company" and opted to not even exit his vehicle. They offered to send him back out, but I declined. Glad this happened before I received an estimate. Don't waste your time with a company with such petty business practices and lack of professionalism.

    We have had an annual service agreement with Weather Master on our existing heating and cooling system for three years. They are always courteous, professional and helpful. We are grateful that they check our heating and cooling systems twice per year to keep them running perfectly! They are also technically knowledgeable about the system and offer suggestions about how we can maintain them to enhance their efficiency. Haven't had to call them for one repair to date, which is pretty incredible. We highly recommend Weather Master!
