I had a great experience with Weather Master! My specialist, Michael Ellington was awesome! He was great about calling me when available. Often times you are on a scheduled block because each client concern is different. I had to change my time frame because of the severity of my maintenance concern. The Dispatch coordinator made changes and accommodated as much as she could and I appreciated her honesty about the time. She assured me the location of Michael and that he would call as soon as he was done with previous client. Michael contacted me to let me know he would be at my location and he was. The process was easy, he was efficient. No one wants to hear that they need to replace a water heater unit, but he discussed options to help meet my needs. Michael moved forward with removal and installment of units. He did not make a mess and was professional every step of the way. Again he shared some details and information about what to keep an eye on and what to look for moving forward.
I will also like to add that Carla and Dianne were very pleasant in assisting me with service reservations.

Outstanding company. I give my absolute highest recommendation for Weather Master. We had significant performance issues with one of of HVAC units. It had been serviced by multiple companies and continued to operate poorly. We received a recommendation to use Weather Master. Upon arrival they quickly diagnosed multiple problems. For the first time in 5 summers the unit ran at peak efficiency. I have continued to use their annual service plan and remain completely satisfied. Jakob did a fine job today. He was professional and highly competent. He is a great representative of Weather Master.
If you need an example of great customer service these guys are the best. From Karen in the office to Brandon, Todd and James out in the field. They were prompt to fix an issue that took multiple days and technicians to figure out. Highly recommend.
There are four employees (that I had contact with) with this company that deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️! Pat is an AMAZING electrician and he will not stop until he has installed, checked, and checked again to ensure everything is working properly and the customer is satisfied. Jacob and Nate are EXCELLENT service technicians and they are very committed to customer satisfaction! Jim is in management and I promise you that he listens and cares about the customers served by Weather Master. My AC went out so I called Weather Master and scheduled an appointment. I told them what I thought the problem was, which is significant. They said they had an opening in a few days. I told them that I could do that day as long as they were done by 1 because I have to go to work. Audrey put it in the notes and assured me that they could do it. The day of the appointment I waited and waited. I finally called at 12 and spoke to Audrey again and asked if they were still coming. I reminded her that I had to leave at 1. She put me on hold and called the dispatch to inquire. She came back and told me that the service provider was held up at the house on the schedule before me and she would call me by 12:30 to let me know either way. At 12:37 a different lady called me to tell me that the service provider was free and could get to my house by 1. I told her that I had to leave by 1 and if the provider couldn’t be here and diagnose the system by then, he would be asked to leave. She told me that he was 20 minutes away and would not be able to do that and asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. I told her I did not because I prefer to work with companies that were committed to professionalism. The then proceeded to “apologize” saying that the company does no do time block scheduling and has no guarantee to be anywhere at a specific time: “sorry” for the misunderstanding. I replied that there was no misunderstanding. I was clear that I needed to leave my house at 1 when I scheduled the appointment and Audrey understood and noted it in my remarks. She started to argue again under the guise of an apology. I decided that it wasn’t worth my time to stay in a fruitless conversation about integrity and we said our goodbyes. Now here I am, at 1:03 completing this review.

I had someone (possibly a customer service rep but they didn’t identify themselves as such) call me after I posted this review. We spoke about what my expectations were and they took ownership on where they dropped the ball. They offered to make it up to me but I have already scheduled an appointment with another company. I updated my review from 1 star to 2 because of the nice phone call. It seems like they do actually care about the customer’s business. Take the 2 star review with a grain of salt because they never got the chance to do any work for me. I hope this helps someone down the line.
