I was pleased to get our broken 25 yr.old system replaced between the holidays with a house full of guests. Tony, Steve, and Josh got it done with little disturbance to our activities even though the air handler was on the third floor. Thanks guys.

Our A/C stopped cooling late in the afternoon on Friday. I called to see if someone could come out and check on it. I was informed it would be an after hours charge which was fine. Steven came over later and checked everything out. He noticed right away several things that needed to be taken care of. He took care of those and by this time it was dark. He returned first thing Saturday morning and with assistance from Jeff B had us cooling within a short period of time. Steven was very professional, courteous and informative. We will definitely use this company for our future needs.

Custom Heating and Cooling rescued me, as I had to quickly have a system installed in order to buy a house. The bank only gave me 30 days to find someone and have it installed before the closing. Other companies said no, but Custom said YES! And they not only got all the duct work in, a unit installed but followed up to check on the wiring, the thermostat and the electric panel. They kept in touch through the entire process and made sure the house was always securely locked. I could not have found a better company. I will use them for all my service calls and if I ever need another unit installed, I will all them again. I highly recommend them!

Steve was great to deal with! He is very knowledgeable and done an excellent job on my HVAC system. He never tried to push extra repairs on me or mislead me in anyway with my system. (I had already done my homework) I recommend this company and ask for steve!

I was able to set up an appointment via text, which was very convenient for me. The tech arrived on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. The tech was a very nice gentleman and was thorough in checking to make sure my heating system was working properly. He found an issue with a wire outside that was ready to short out due to rubbing against copper tubing, and fixed the issue on the spot. He was able to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.
