Company representative Ruvim who sold me the 2-stage Trane system I bought was very professional and polite. He took time to understand my budgetary limitations along with my system requirements and to provide me with competitive options with respect to both pricing and efficiency for my consideration. He even took pictures of my existing system and ductwork and included ductwork repair in his quote for the system replacement, which no other contractor I interviewed offered. He offered me several payment options which was helpful in making my decision. Once I decided to hire Central Heating & Cooling, Ruvim was able to schedule the work promptly and the job was completed in one day. The installation team headed by Victor were great. He and his fellow workers were polite, professional and efficient in every respect. When a wiring issue delayed completion of the installation until late in the day, Victor and his team carefully and diligently worked to solve the problem and complete the job and cleaned up thoroughly before they left, despite the late hour. One factor that persuaded me to go with Central was the number of five-star ratings that the company has received from other reviewers and I too would rate the company a five-star company to deal with. Competitive pricing, professional people, responsive and an all-around pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the company for HVAC work.
