A MILLION STARS!! Lenny came out to my home SAME DAY. I am not even an existing customer of his....
We were having trouble with our AC not working and another company was out earlier in the day and told us we needed an entirely new setup (after a 2 minute diagnosis) I wanted a second opinion. Called Lenny and he came out within a few hours. Found trash in our blower motor and loose nuts letting coolant out of our system. Needless to say he has a customer for life. Finally! A fantastic experience! I was having issues with my A/C and needed it fixed before summer heat started. After I explained the "symptoms", Lenny had a pretty good idea of the cause. He explained the probable issue, laid out all of my options, explained the pros and cons of each, the pricing, and gave honest advise that was more in my best interest than his. He also gave me time to think about the options while he did the diagnostics to confirm or retract his theory. (He was correct) There was no sales pitch and no pressure. He was friendly, almost like a relative helping out a family member. I now have new faith in professionals. Thank You!!
