Called in June to come out for an estimate for a heat pump installation. Scott said he would give me a call to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and I called and Scott told me he forgot to put me on the "board"?? He came out the next day and I gave him my e-mail to send me an estimate. It is now Aug 24, two months later, and I have not heard back from him and I check my e-mail and spam folder every day. I am renovating my house and for the past 6 months this is what I have had to put up with so many businesses. They came highly recommended, but I suggest use this company if you have 5 years to wait for a reply.

I used ST Mechanical to replace 3 HVAC units at my business, a total of 33 tons, and I can’t say enough good things about them as a whole. From the initial meet for the estimate, the pricing, the execution of install, to the follow up over the next year. They displayed Professionalism, knowledge of their product and craftsmanship like no other! Thank you to both Scott and Tim for a job well done!
