Due to a series of rapid-fire unfortunate events outside of our control, I've had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with a number of SBS-NC representatives both face-to-face and over the phone.
When Matt, Drake, and some others have come out to our house to assess and work on our A/C system they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, worked fast, and basically embodied everything you'd hope to find from a professional you welcome into your home. They also worked hard to identify and address the root cause(s) of the issue(s), not just apply band-aids.
I also want to give a shoutout to the office/phone/dispatch SBS-NC representatives who patiently work with my weird schedule and interact with my brainless/heartless home warranty company.
I feel very fortunate to have found this group of pros. Thanks!

Justin and Brian did a wonderful job with installing my new air condition and furnace. I would welcome them back to my home at any time. They were very professional and I would recommend them for future services.

SBS did our warranty repair and serviced our AC unit. Drake Parker was professional and courteous. He worked efficiently and we are very pleased with the his work.

Stay away from SBS-NC ..... dishonest, unethical and full of lies. This company is a subcontractor of American Homes Shield (AHS) came to fix my AC unit on 6/18/19 and I paid out of pocket $297 to SBS-NC.

The same problem re-occurred on 6/20/19. I requested another service repair through AHS. On 6/24/19, when SBS-NC technician arrived at my house to fix the problem, he left without even knocked the door because he saw another AC company car parked on my driveway. I invited this company to provide me a quotation for new HVAC system for future replacement. SBS-NC made excuses and lied to AHS and reported other company was touching the AC unit. The truth is only a salesperson inside the house trying to sell his system. I explained to SBS-NC's Operations Manager, the presence of other company was solely sales related discussion (which is not SBS-NC business either) ..... it was obvious she wasn't interested to fulfill her contractual obligation.

Response to your comment: caught your other lies, I contacted AHS and explained the situation. AHS representative (initial S) called you while I was holding the line and you refused to correct the problem.

Unbelievable the amount of lies that you reported to AHS to cover up your company's inability to fix the problem.

Matthew came to my house this morning with his booties! (to make sure that he didn’t get our floors dirty) He was very informative and helpful and diagnosed and found the problem quickly. He was efficient and professional! I wish every technician in the world is like Mr.Matthew Dodson, thank you!

Matthew came by and was efficient and professional. He made sure not to make noise inside the house as our toddler was sleeping, and brought booties to make sure that he didn’t get our floors dirty. He was very informative and helpful and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.

We have been partnering with Jason and Christina for well over a year now and have been extremely satisfied with their quality of work and timely response to every situation. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Drake came out to my house on July 2nd. He was incredibly courteous and professional. The work required more time than first thought, and although is had to be 200+ degrees in the attic, Drake remained courteous and very professional. Thanks to him, and SBS-NC, we'll have a great 4th of July celebration with our family and friends.!
