Justin came out to replace a broken condensate pump on our air conditioner while we were out of town. He was able to provide us with details of what was happening and trouble-shoot the problem. He provided us with pictures and explained in detail what was happening. Justin went above and beyond to help us. Justin's integrity is above the standard service of most techniciains. We will continue to use him for future needs.

Used Home Adviser to find someone to do annual preventative maintenance on HVAC system and educate me on the units installed because we just moved into the house a few months ago. Justin was the first, and only, to call me and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He spent about a half hour going through the system with me, teaching me how to care for it throughout the year. After that he took a couple hours doing a thorough inspection and cleaning of the system. Even figured out why the UV filter wasn't working, not only was the bulb blown but it wasn't wired correctly. I highly recommend Justin and will be more than happy to use him for servicing my HVAC system in the future!

I had just moved here from out of state and the heat pump was not working properly. Justin came out quickly and assessed the problem accurately (it didn't help that the previous owners never changed the filter). He replaced the fan motor and got me up and running. Justin responded the same day when I told him the mini split AC heat unit in my guest cottage was not blowing cold air and guess we're arriving. he quickly diagnosed the problem and made a repair and recharge the system...blowing ice cold. I could not recommend him more highly!
