Justin & his team were very knowledgeable and successfully got our AC unit up and running again. I was most appreciative of his quick response to my request.

Justin serviced my HVAC that was installed a couple of years ago. He noticed something was off with the temperature setting that switches from heat pump to natural gas. The setting was at 20 degrees and it caused cool air to circulate unnecessarily. I am glad he discovered this issue and made the change. I definitely intend to use this company for future HVAC needs.

WOW! What a wonderful joy it was to have someone who was so above and beyond! Professional, courteous, meticulously thorough. From the time Justin showed up to the time he left, there was no doubt that he is a beacon of integrity and honesty. He performed an extensive survey of all of the equipment to make sure we were getting top performance from our HVAC unit and made several adjustments to improve the functions where needed. He even redid some of the shoddy workmanship of the original installer that will surely result in improved performance and less maintenance in the future.
If the scale was from 1 — 10, I would gladly give Justin and Standard Service a "15".

Friendly. Professional. Prompt. We got a mini split installed in our lovely converted garage to playroom. From start to finish Justin was prompt, professional, and responsive. I’ve recently returned to home/condo ownership after taking several years off. I moved into my new place in February and thankfully due to our wonderful weather here I had yet to need the air conditioning. Then last week happened. It was a little warm and after trying to cool my condo down I went to look at the ac unit only to find one of the lines were frosted over. After some quick google searches and using Home Advisor I happened upon Justin and his business Standard Service. From the beginning he was very professional and thorough. He has been in the HVAC business for seven years and has been on his own for a year but you'd never know it. His knowledge and work ethic definitely exceeded my expectations. He showed up when he said he would and the work was done in a timely manner. I have no problem recommending him over some of the other service providers in the greater Asheville market. Next time you need and honest and easy to work with business owner give Justin a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Justin was fantastic! I used Angie's List/Home Advisor and he was the first to respond to my request for a new A/C unit. He came out within two days to give me an estimate and provided me with two quotes: one to replace the existing unit and another for down the line when my furnace goes. When I told him I was moving in within a week, he promptly made an appointment with me, and then actually came a day earlier. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly and fast. His prices were very reasonable and I plan to have him service my HVAC from here on out. Thank you so much Justin!!!

He worked diligently and patiently to diagnose the problem with each unit and then completed the repairs quickly.
