Tristan the service professional arrived on time and did a superb job on the system. He too, answered all of my questions. Marc was an awesome sales rep. He came down TWICE (my fault, not his) to give me an estimate and go over my options. He was patient, answered all my questions, and at the end of the day provided the best solution for my needs - new heat pump, furnace, and AC to replace a 23 year old system. While Horizon wasn't the lowest estimate, they also weren't the highest (by a lot). I'm super happy with the products, price, and warranties I was sold.
Marc kept in touch via email, phone, and text, which I appreciate. The folks at the office who handled the scheduling were super friendly and nice.
When it came time to do the install, his team worked quickly and were done in two days, as promised. The new system was so powerful, even my Airbnb guests remarked on the difference.
I asked for some additional electrical work while they were here and Danny (who is also wonderful) tackled it quickly for a price that was super reasonable.
If you're looking to get a new HVAC and don't want to call around and have ten different HVAC companies come out and provide an estimate like I did, just go with Horizon. No muss, no fuss, done & done.

Excellent and very curtious fast service and professional work

We are pleased to highly recommend Horizon for HVAC work. We have used them for 4 years and are very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of their work. Horizon’s technicians are professionals and it is obvious they take pride in their work. On our most recent experience Tyler came out to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He exhibited all the qualities noted above. A true professional who is personable and definitely knows his stuff.

My condensate pump was running very loud. Called Horizon and they provided prompt service. Their technician was professional, worked hard to clean out the pump and all the drain lines. The pump is running smoothly again and the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend Horizon for HVAC.

Spencer arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and checked out everything to make sure the system was working properly. We appreciated his professional manner and quick, quality work.

Great, fast service every time. They have been out on a Sunday afternoon and evenings (cause our AC likes to break after hours) yet always out promptly and reasonably priced. Each technician we have had has been very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. Great company!
