Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning

Cannot recommend this business enough! We had three other companies come out for quotes. Some didn't even provide the quote, others didn't want to be bothered with questions. Our first rep with Horizon, Marc, came out fast, explained everything, and had the best financing options by far. We had a rigged system from the previous owner and I know it was not easy to figure out. Within a ridiculously short amount of time, we had a new unit installed by the friendliest, most hard working, and knowledgeable technicians ever.

Horizon Heating was amazing. We had a system go down, and they responded quickly, and were able to get an entire new Heat Pump system installed within 3 days! Can't beat their prices or customer service! Definitely will continue using them!

Horizon is the best company for heat and a/c repair in the area. I emailed through Horizon's website on Sunday evening to make an appointment. I received a reply early the next morning. Tristan came the same day. The Service Techs are honest, polite, knowledgeable, and the prices are good.

Trey was an excellent technician and told everything he was doing and did. Very courteous and professional, so much so, I would like to request him for our next system check in December. Thanks for the great service.

Horizon installed a new AC system for me last August. They were punctual, professional, and answered any questions I had-from the initial quote to the installation. I have since had to call them for some minor issues and their commitment to service remains the same. Kevin came out to fix an issue yesterday and was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them!

Tristan Dennie was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and arrived very soon after I called the office.Great personality and helpful. I have asked for him to do my normal inspection in July. I appreciate the quick response and service I get from Horizon!

Jeff was personable and efficient; not pushy. Rather he was helpful in not only fixing the problems but also in preventing future what would be similar issues. We look forward to a Horizon maintenance plan.
