Referred by a neighbor to Williams Plumbing and Heating. What a pleasant experience from friendly helpful dispatcher to an extremely knowledgeable technican named Michael. My air conditioner digital thermostat needed replacing, which he did in a timely manner. Even took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Extremely impressed, won't call anyone else.

Today is the 2nd time that we have used Williams PHA. We are very satisfied with both visits. I called this morning to schedule an appointment thinking it would probably be tomorrow before I could get one. They were able to work me in today. Eddie Stout was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave me some advice to follow to see if it would fix the leak in my shower before just tearing out everything. That gives me the confidence that this company is not just in business to make money but that they also care about their customers. I hope that I do not have any future plumbing needs but if I do, I will definitely call Williams PHA.

We had Williams come out last fall to diagnose and repair a heat pump. They charged for a 'leak test' in addition to the initial diagnostic charge ($175 total for a 'diagnosis'), and in the end were unable to make a definitive diagnosis. Instead of the diagnosis we paid for, they quoted a full system replacement and told us there were no other reasonable options but to replace the system. This full size heat pump was servicing a 300 square foot area. I asked them if there was a more economical way to heat/cool that space. The technician said no, there wasn't. I used an old $40 space heater all winter, and it was fine on the coldest nights. It was just unpleasant coming home to a cold space every day since I didn't want to leave the space heater on all day. I called another company this week, and the problem turned out to be a very simple, inexpensive one, and the person who came to our place commented before he diagnosed the problem that the unit was overkill for such a small space and if we needed to replace it, he would recommend something more economical He also told us that despite the age of the unit, it was in great shape and with the small service area, replacement would not be wise. Williams mislead us about the price of the diagnosis, did not deliver a proper diagnosis and was not able to advise us of a reasonably economical solution to our problem. They either had a skill problem or were simply trying to upsell us.

Jacob recently serviced our air conditioning unit. He was very polite and professional. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He told us specifically what he was doing as he serviced the unit.
We are extremely pleased with the service we receive, both plumbing service and HVAC. We are 100% satisfied.

Eddie Stout did a great job. He kept me informed all along the way and was very pleasant and professional to work with. I am very happy with the work that was done and with the people that did the work. We had both plumbing and HVAC work done and all of it was done really well.

Williams HVAC installed a complete system for me, including all new ducts and insulation. All of their employees are truly professional and highly skilled. Before getting my new system, I talked to several other companies including the one I had been using for decades. I am so glad I chose Williams! Roger and Bill were a great team.They worked with us to salvage our original 1940's toilet and did what it took to get the job done and to make sure we were satisfied. I really appreciated Roger's follow up call on Monday to insure we were satisfied and everything was working as expected.

James came to my house yesterday (3/10) to find the source of a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He did a great job of identifying the problem, explaining how he was fixing it, and waiting for about 15 minutes after he fixed it to make sure the leak had stopped. He told me how to prevent the problem in the future by being sure the toilet cut off valve is either completely closed or completely open, but not halfway open. He offered to come back and redo it if I had any further problems. And what he charged me was very reasonable.
