We had lots of trouble with our Ac unit at our new house and Ridge at Williams has been very helpful at explaining the issues and working towards fully fixing the issue. He is also very reliable, friendly, and honest. We would highly recommend this company and having Ridge work at your house.

Have been a customer of Williams for 20+ years. At the first of the year they replaced our 23 year old water heaters. Tight squeeze under house! In the past they have replaced HVAC. Have maintenance contracts and just had spring/summer check and all is working great! They are always very professional, clean up after installations or service and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

Very fast service. Our heat stopped working and it was going to be less than 30 degrees over night. Came out and repaired it!! Great technician!

Have used Williams PHA for years now and have always been satisfied with their service. We now have a service contract with them for our A/C unit. They mail a postcard when it's time to schedule service so I can call when it's convenient for me. Scheduling a time was easy and the office called to say the tech was on his way within the time frame promised. Jacob was cheerful and professional, asked if there were any problems with the system, changed the filters and checked the unit out thoroughly, made sure the whole system was working properly, and asked if I had any questions or concerns before he left. Now we're set for the summer, and I know if any unexpected issues crop up, they'll take care of them promptly.

After we had our A/C unit checked, a few weeks later we called Williams PHA again. Eddie arrived promptly to help us with a blocked kitchen sink drain. (Our 25-foot "snake" wasn't long enough to reach the blockage.) When the blockage was clear (35 feet down the line), he double checked the drain line to make 100% sure everything was fine before leaving and gave us tips on the likely culprit for the clog (too many coffee grounds).

Imagine that you could call a heating and air company and they would give you honest and dependable service. That is what you get with Williams Plumbing Heating and Air. Our heat was out and we had another HVAC company look at our gas furnace and they recommended costly repairs. We immediately called Williams for a second opinion and they were able to repair the unit during the diagnostics visit without replacing any expensive parts. I highly recommend Williams and technician Ridge Stanley. Ridge is not only an expert in HVAC he is also someone that you feel you can trust. I HIGHLY recommend Williams and ask for Ridge!

Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning sent a wonderful plumber, Roger, to my home today for a repair. Roger introduced himself with a friendly handshake when he arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, explained my choices and the relevant costs, and then very patiently answered all of my questions. Roger was not only very competent and efficient, but also very pleasant. I call that a winning combination!

They both were very concerned, courteous, professional, and worked diligently to diagnose my situation. We have a HVAC annual contract with Williams Plumbing Heating and Air. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous and conscious of keeping our house free of any debris. We are informed of any service issues and offered the opportunity to improve our existing system. We have been completely satisfied with our service and would be glad to recommend Williams P H & A as a reliable source for any HVAC needs.

While i had a good experience with our hvac tech over a couple of years, I would highly recommend staying away from this business. We had a part go bad and asked for an estimate of time and hours and they refused to do so. I don't deal with companies that aren't up front about breaking down their estimates. For the record, another local HVAC company did the same job with two people in two hours. I was given a quote for two people for a whole days rate. Extremely disappointed in how this company did business after being a customer for a couple of years. Plese do yourself a favor and stay away. I would give a zero rating if I could.
