As a customer for several years, I have become use to Williams P&H fine service. Yesterday, Williams sent two technicians to complete a semiannual HVAC check-up of the system at my home. Tommy and Grayson performed the service at a level that exceeded the excellent standards set by Williams over the years of service. Their work was fantastic and was done in a very professional way....thank you Williams P&H!!!

My husband and I have maintained a service contract with Williams for more than ten years. We have been generally satisfied with their service. The plumbing side of the business could use some tweaking as we repeatedly had to call them out for an issue that should have been addressed during at least the first or second call. In the past, we had a Technician named Stan who we really liked and was very professional and attention detailed. Today, 05/24/17, we were introduced to a new technician, Ridge Stanley, who by our first impression is also professional, well mannered and informative. We most likely will require a new HVAC system in the not to distant future and will probably have Williams do the work.

When we moved into our house we saw a sticker on our furnace for Williams Plumbing Heating & A/C so we decided to just go with them "for now" and see how it worked out. Nineteen years later we're still relying on Williams for our annual maintenance and for any problems that come up. Why? Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, reliable. We've never even been tempted to look elsewhere.

We recently had issues with both the air conditioning unit and a less than 2 year installed hot water heater. The AC malfunction was initially misdiagnosed. Williams had other techs to initiate work on the hot water heater, then sent HVAC technician Terry Clark to examine both units. Terry assessed the problem with the AC afterhours, replaced the worn part the next morning, and our home resumed cooling after having reached 88° inside on the evening of the service call. The problem with the hot water heater was quite baffling and required more attention. We were without hot water for numerous days. Williams trucks were at my home daily. Attempts to repair the hot water heater were unsuccessful and resulted in installation of a new one. Within 24 -48 hours, a few more issues developed with the temperature of the new hot water heater and the AC unit. Williams Plumbing Heating and Air worked relentlessly to resolve the problems. I almost gave up, but they didn't. If you were searching for professional service, look no further. I've been using Williams for more than 20 years, and I'm grateful for their stellar customer service and personal care they provide.

We have used Williams for 14 years and they have always been great. During a four-day downpour in May, our basement flooded big-time for the first time. Everything that was down there was ruined. We had to get a basement company to completely seal our 92 year-old home including digging a french drain along the perimeter, sump pump, and dehumidifier. It was an unexpected very expensive job and very stressful during a pandemic. Unfortunately, we had to get the new HVAC moved to the center of the room (that Williams installed in August) moved to the center of the room along with the gas hot water heater. Williams was ALWAYS working with us throughout the entire process (including moving out an old boiler, finding rusted pipes and replacing them, and putting in new pipes and a vent for a new washer and dryer). They coordinated perfectly with the basement company and we never had to wait for them as they came the day before the basement company was starting the job and came the day after they finished. All staff was available for all my calls, which were plenty, including Lisa, Lynn, and a new office person (I wish I had her name!). This is the third big job they have completed for us and we have never been disappointed. They go beyond our expectations and really know what they are doing. VERY professional and caring.
Sometimes I hear that they are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth the money because we never have to worry about the job not being done right. They ALL came in protected, with masks, booties, and gloves and never took them off and kept a safe distance which was very important to us. We would like to thank everyone involved by name and tell them how much we appreciated everything they did: Dan the owner (was very involved and came several times he helped with the HVAC system), and definitely the workers, Sebastian, Bill, and Brad. They were the bomb! We can't tell you how much we appreciate you being there for us! Larry & Joanie T.

Ridge - a friendly after hours technician came out to one of our rental properties to respond to an AC on the fritz...dispatched by his company;s prompt and professional answering service! Refreshing, since some companies can't afford to answer their phone during REGULAR business hours! A quality experience, from start to finish...on-time, upfront standard pricing, quick repair, warrantied parts, no gimmicks service plan, and all of that topped-off by an upbeat employee who confesses to really like the company he represents. Our company is proud to write this review for a job well done! We look forward to doing more business with Williams. Thank You.

Roger Kendrick with Williams arrived on time and quickly fixed our leaking kitchen faucet. He was courteous, efficient and cleaned up after completing the job. While in our house he provided some helpful advice about a slow draining bathroom sink.
The price for repairing the kitchen faucet was much higher than I anticipated. I expected a $69 service charge, but not the $179 charge for parts and labor. It would have been good to have an estimate up front.

I did price comparison with 3 different plumbing companies and William's was perfectly placed in regards to pricing. Sam and his apprentice came out and completed the project with no issues. They were very professional and Sam is ex military which was nice to know. I feel like the product is high quality, I feel like the work done was high quality and I feel like I got my money's worth. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and just call these folks. I'm the biggest price comparison shopper there is until I find a company that does things the right way with the right employees and with a professional touch. They are who I'll call from now on and Sam and his apprentice are the only techs I'll use with any future plumbing issues.

Tommy provided exceptional service and the repair was made quickly. I would also like to add that the office called to notify me when the repair man was running late . A demonstration of excellent customer service .
