I was very pleased with the professional manner. They took care of our problem without trying to sell me a new unit when all it needed was freon and a charge unlike another company who stated freon wasn't available and unit would have to be replaced. I will definitely refer them and also call them again for my heating and air needs. The cost was very reasonable.
