Joseph was very professional. I called on a Tuesday, & he was out to evaluate the system the very next day! He quickly identified the problem & repaired my hvac. He completed the repair for a fair price. He did not price gauge me like other hvac companies attempted. I will definitely be calling Joseph again if I have an hvac issue.

Joe is extremely professional! Probably the most HVAC service technician you or I will ever meet. Came out to my girlfriend's house and repaired the outdoor unit at 9pm and even offered a service member discount!! He's done work at my apartment and several other friends of mine. Won't call anyone else!

Joseph came to my place and repaired my ac which was bad and requested him to come in the morning since inside my home was 100 degrees. And he came repaired it in 30 minutes and was very fair with service fee. He is friendly and respectful I recommend him more than anybody who charge you fees and just tell you what is wrong and then 2nd fees to fix it. Bottom line is Joseph is the man. I found him through a Groupon deal to service my A/C and he came out and did the most thorough job I've seen from a routine maintenance. He took the whole unit down cleaned it out and measured the temp on each of my outputs. I have subsequently signed up for his scheduled maintenance on both the house I live in and my rental. He also cleaned out the duct work for the current house I live in and did an excellent job. His prices were far superior than anyone else we received estimates from. I can't recommend Fire and Ice enough.

Gentleman was extremely professional and took the time to explain my best options. Was on time and polite. WIll definitely be using this company/him again for my service on my Hvac and also to do any other projects around my home relating to the service or installation of vents/ductwork/etc. Impressed with good attitude and willingness to take the time to answer my questions.
