I called about 8 weeks ago as it relates to leaks in my air system causing condensation. The response I received was basically " were stuck doing $30,000 installs and dont have time to help you right now "... so my wife called back today...8 weeks later.. to see if the status has changed but was meet with unprofessionalism and rudeness. At this point we will just use another company & forget ever signing another service plan.... never again!

The office set up a quick appointment and Carlos called ahead and showed up promptly as arranged. He explained and demonstrated my air conditioner's issue clearly, explained my options and ended up doing a careful repair. Thanks Carlos. I will use Chrimon for any future cooling or heating issues.

The service technician was friendly and the repair to our furnace was completed at less than half the price that was quoted by another company. The fee that we paid Chrismon also included the service plan. We will be repeat customers!

The guys from Chrismon were great! I wouls absolutely recommend these folks to anybody with A/C needs.
We had a slow leak in one of three units due to an improperly tightened fitting when Air Treatment Co installed them 2 1/2 years ago. (...guy at AT claims that fittings routinely loosen up. Not true - otherwise your car would 'routinely' fall apart). It took Chrismon less than three minutes to see the puddle of oil from the "freon" leak and fix it.

a friend uses this company. She said she pays 200 a year for service of her heating/cooling system. they have not done that for heating unit. made appointments never kept them. Now they check the cooling system...took three people to come out to check on each others work. The first said no freon need no leaks, spent the next hour walking in circles talking on his cell phone. next is the "boss". he come out to check to see what was done. She asked him about washing her unit and getting mold etc off..."boss" said he didn't have a hose long enough even though it is writen in her record that a 150 foot hose or hoses together . So a third man was sent out. He said everything was a mess...needed a new compressor because it was not done when unit was put in....old compressor new(?) unit. Wanted to charge her 18o for compressor and labor...then he tells her she needs freon which she didn't before "boss" went out there....she had tech check for leaks again there was none. In other words she pays for a service to be done that is not and the company charges money for everything and anything they can come up with or problems sounds like they create. Someone has been out there 6 times and still it is not taken care of. I believe my friend is being taken advantage of because she is a single woman with mental issues who is trying to take care of her elderly and crippled mother

Super company to deal with and no "xtra" charges or hidden fees after I was invoiced for the services.
They gave me an estimate and stuck to it! They didn't "find" other issues to fix. Stress free service!

Great service! The folks at Chrismon are incredibly professional, very helpful, and arrived at my house promptly. These guys really know what they are doing.
