They responded quickly, went out of their way to get the job done and it passed inspection on the first attempt when I needed a gas pressure test to turn on the gas. Friendly and informative as well!

Called around and no other HVAC technician was available due to the snow and road conditions. Only Unique air was available. The techs arrived on time and got the job done to my satisfaction.

Our 20 year old furnace quit working on a Friday and Mike had a new furnace installed by 5pm the following day, Mike was very professional as well as concerned for our well being, He explained everything upfront before ever diagnosing our heating problem: cost for service call, what the possible issue night be, to a worst case scenario of a total replacement if needed with cost estimates, Mike and his assistant Mike were extremely courteous, informative, and respectful of our home and of our inconvenience during the time of repacement
