Unique air is wonderful! very professional. Job was done in a clean manner, my ac system works wonderful. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your heating and cooling needs!

We had a relatively simple problem that ended having a relatively complex solution. Instead of forcing us into an up-sell (Which they could have easily done) Mike and the team at Unique Air bent over backwards to at first try and find a part no longer produced. When they couldn't find one for sale, they took the extra step of having it made. I was blown away by the service, professionalism, and the price as well. It was extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone as well as give them my business in the future. If there were 6 stars, that's what I would have given them.

My husband is in the army over seas & my boys and I stay home by ourselves, so I get nervous about hiring contractors but Unique Air was so respectful and didn't take advantage of me. They were able to come out the same day and got my heat working for me & my kids! I would definitely recommend this company, they will be my air conditioning company from now on!!

We chose Unique Air to replace our entire upstairs HVAC system, including ducts and furnace/AC, after comparing three potential HVAC companies. We appreciated Mike's knowledge about how to properly balance a system and size ducts appropriately, and his willingness to explain it in terms we could understand. We could tell that he is dedicated to doing the work correctly and effectively, without cutting any corners.

We woke up on New Year’s Eve and had no heat, I called Unique Air and spoke to Brittany and they had Brad their technician out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, and we had our heat back within the hour! Thanks Unique Air.

I purchased my home in Mint Hill in July 2013 knowing that the current furnaces and AC units were going to need some care over the coming year(s). Well, it didn't take too long for the AC to go out, which is when I found Mike and Unique Air. Mike is extremely thorough, prompt in his responses and has looked out for me over the past 18 months like a best friend would. He piecemealed my 17 year old system together for over a year before I decided to swap everything out.

I completely trust Mike, to the point where I have given him the codes to my house and my alarm to get in when I am on the road. Our A/C shut down in the middle of August. Mike went above and beyond to fix it immediately. He was genuinely concerned about the issue, while keeping us informed about the reason for the problem. I especially appreciate that he came on a weekend evening to get our air up and running. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

They were very professional and affordable. We didnt realize how bad our heating system had been installed before, and they corrected everything, and made sure we understood what they were doing and why. I would highly recommend, and we will use them in the future.
