My ac was installed by someone who did not know or care what they were doing. It worked long enough for them to sell the house. Compressor went out 2 years ago and the guy came back and did it under warranty. Went out again in March. Called Mike and he came out at 6 pm and found the issue. Did not have the money to fix the issue so I told him to hold off on repairs. Called him back 2 months later and he remember me and was able to get my ac fixed same day. He found out and showed me what the last person screwed up on. He fixed the issues and my ac is now working better than it ever has. Brad and Mike did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone out there. If you have any doubt about getting screwed over, call mike because he will NOT be the one that screws you over. Mike and Brad, thank you for the outstanding service.

I can’t possibly say enough wonderful things about my experience. My AC unit quit working in the heat of summer, imagine that. I arranged an appointment for the following day between 11 A.M. & 12 P.M. Unique Air contacted me the next morning offering an earlier service arrival, needless to say they arrived early and well prepared. Brad was my technician, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had all the answers to my questions and swift solutions! With being a single parent I’m cautious about what companies I let in my home, this company will undoubtedly be one of them from now on😊. I highly recommended them!

This team of Mike, Cliff and Brad for Unique Air were phenomenal! My house has been modified through the years. Workers have frequently told me that it presents challenges. Mike and his team planned their approach. They showed skill and determination. They told when they would come and were always prompt. I like to ask questions. They always took the time to give me answers. They came early and stayed late. Inspectors who followed up told me that the quality of their work and material were excellent. I had an old oil furnace removed. They installed heat pumps for upper and lower levels. When I set the thermostat, the desired temp is reached and maintained quickly. They were always friendly, hard working and efficient. They were obviously very skilled in their work and seemed to enjoy the work as well. I would give them an A+ in all areas and recommend them highly. Thanks guys!

Mike was very professional over the phone. He was honest with me and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a lot of good information to help me with my decision. I did notice the one star review and after clicking on that Google profile I found several other one star reviews with the same responses. Several of them were even posted the same time frame from small companies in multiple different states leading me to believe the one star reviewer is bogus and trolling.
