Brad was great. He showed up on time and was also very understanding to the fact that we have a newborn baby that was trying to sleep. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and got the requested job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Unique Air Heating and Cooling to anyone that wants a company that doesn’t beat around the bush and try to sell you things you don’t need. Mike was really professional and knowledgeable but most of all he was extremely helpful and patient, happy to discuss any questions I had beyond what he came to fix. Unlike some other companies I've worked with, not once did he try to be a salesman and because of that, he'll be my first call going forward.

Impressive results with this HVAC service! I am a bit frustrated with other local HVAC services I've hired in the past; and, chose to work with someone new. On a hot summer day, our AC stopped working. We contacted Unique Air by submitting an online request. Less than 45 minutes after submitting online I received a call from Britanny who arranged an *instant* visit from Brad the technician. Brad was professional and through while diagnosing the problem. About an hour after first contact, my AC is working again. Fast, friendly, professional, and fair pricing. Unique Air, you're amazing! Thank you!

Unique was honest, responsive, efficient, professional and quick!! A technician came out the same day that I called, evaluated the system and sent pictures of the issue, given that this is a rental property and I live in a different state. Then I received a phone call the following day giving me my options, with their recommendations. The new system was installed within a week and I am thoroughly satisfied. Called at noon and they had a tech there within 3 hrs. Brad was extremely polite, respectful, informative, and skilled. He was nice to my children, dog friendly, and did his best to be quiet due to my wife having a skype meeting in the next room. He was able to perform a quick fix on the damper, which the service fee covered at no additional cost, and gave advice on what else I could do on my own to ensure proper function. He checked all systems and even gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace the damper if it happened again as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this is the second time they have performed excellent service in the last 3 years.

We spoke to Mike on a Monday afternoon around 3:00 pm and he sent technician Brad out to the house before 5:00 pm that day. Brad was very thorough and courteous and explained to us what was wrong with our unit and what was the best option to do. Mike sent out a estimate while Brad was still there and we received a fast courteous service call back that night over the phone from Mike to answer some more questions. We had a new unit installed the following Wednesday and the crew Mike,Brad and Ronnie worked very fast and were very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. Mike completed my warranty paperwork while he was there which reassured me all paperwork was sent in. That was a big relief off me to know we were covered for Warranty: 1 yr labor by Unique Air, 10 yr all parts by manufacturer. We will refer all our family and friends to this company for their A/C or heating needs. Thank you Unique Air !

The technician was great! He was very friendly and explained everything. He came out exactly when he said he would arrive. I will only be using Unique going forward. I won't even think about calling anyone else! One hour heating and air was going to charge me over $900 to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. I'm so glad I chose to get Unique to come out and check/repair my system. They saved me a fortune!!!!

I have dealt with my share of heating and air companies and nobody took the time to explain everything in detail like Mike did who is the owner of Unique Air. He is detailed oriented, knows design and layout to give you the absolute best results. His work is even neat and organized and prides himself on that! In this case I had to replace the built in dehumidifier in which the old one was entirely too big for the area and all the duct work was not properly installed which created a lot of static which led to the unit burning out. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than what I was given. From the initial call in to updates after it was completed to a follow up to make sure things were properly working… that is the service you get! His knowledge and conceptual design in this field is bar none! No one can compete with that! I promise you!
