Over the years we have used other HVAC companies and never had we had anyone who could compare to the service and just plain kindness we received from Jimmy Jones and his crew. We found Jimmy Jones HVAC through word of mouth, the very best recommendation is from a happy customer. Highly recommend!!!

Jimmy Jones was recommended to me by a friend and business owner in HVAC equipment supply. I was not disappointed by he and his staff/crew. I found Jimmy to be very professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, and surrounded by a professional crew that knew what to do, when to do it and how quickly to get it done. There was no hesitation as each individual group knew exactly what to do.

They installed central air and heat for my family, and with each step that was to be finished , one crew would complete their part, and another crew would show up to start the next portion right on time. I was very impressed!

In one of my early careers I was the quality control manager for the contract division of Sears and Roebuck in Asheville. My job was to handle complaints or to simply oversee a job to make sure things were done correctly by our contractors. In all my years with that position l never experienced a more professional group than Jimmy Jones quality HVAC provided.

A great group to work with, across the board, they do multiple properties for me, I have had nothing but great results as well as I have referred them to multiple people which is something I do not do lightly with nothing but positive feedback.

I do not normally give any reviews of businesses, either positive or negative, however, I just wanted to share with those that are reading this, that you can depend on Jimmy Jones to be treat you as you would want someone to treat you, Jimmy is honest and fair in his dealings with you as a customer.

After months of back and forth messages via phone with Jimmy the owner he has yet to come and install new duct work after saying it’s been ordered for months and months!! Very bad customer service would steer clear of this company and if you do pray you don’t have any issues because he doesn’t stand behind his work!! Wish I could leave a 0 star review!!

I live in a rental property jimmy is contracted through. Was having issues with the system and he came right out and fixed the issue. Very nice guy and honest. Will definitely take down his info and take it with me to the next location i buy at.

Couldn't recommend more! Jimmy is a real guy who will treat you right and you do not need to worry about being ripped off! He will absolutely not be beat with price, and you couldn't find a nicer guy to do the work. Would recommend all day long.

These guys aren't going to get to your house in an hour but what they do arrive they're going to give you an honest quote and they're going to do quality work. They're also not going to try and sell you on something you don't need.

Jimmy was very professional in his communication. He kept in touch about when he'd be arriving. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our HVAC and wr had heat within an hour. Reasonable rates.
