Over the course of 24 hours, I had 3 separate Dilling representatives in my home. All 3 were professional, caring and hard workers. During our regular 6 months service, Wes discovered an issue that would be dangerous to my family, Jordan helped us find a unit that was right for us (not the fanciest or most expensive), and Gabe was in and out of my home installing my new unit with friendliness and professionalism. Very happy all around and comforted that we now have a safe environment for our family.

We had a transformer got out on a new HVAC unit and it was difficult to locate a new transformer that would work with our commercial unit. Mike spent several days searching for one, finally located one and installed it a week later. We are a medical practice so not having a/c in the Summer months is an issue. Mike was diligent in ensuring that he found a transformer and got us back up and running. He was professional and communicated with us throughout the process.

I shopped around a little before settling on these guys and Im really happy I did. I was scared of getting a sub par contractor for exorbitant rates. Everyone is a contractor now a days. Few are real professionals. If you ask me, the service fee tells you a lot. If they won’t even come to your house for less than $220 thats a red flag. Dillings service fee was very reasonable which tells me they are confident in their actual work. If you plan to make your money on your labor, excess fees are unnecessary. If you are scared of losing customers after you give them an exorbitantly overpriced estimate, just charge them a lot up front for a “dispatch fee” or “service fee” that way when you slap them with the estimate bill, they already feel financially locked in with you and they don’t want to shop around and risk spending another $200 on fees to be told the same thing. So they just spend the money and deep down they feel cheated.

This isn’t how Dilling works. Instead they have a reasonable service fee and once they give you the quote, the info that comes with it is worth the service fee anyways. Thats what I like. So, yes. That made me really happy.

Dylan was the tech that came out to help me and he was very knowledgable and eager to inform. He helped me quickly identify my problems and gave me a few reasonable solutions. What a great help! He eased my mind and I couldn’t be more happy. Fortunately, it was all good news so I didnt need any work done. But I was 100% confident in Dilling by the end of their visit. And I would not blink and eye if I needed some stuff done. Thanks Dilling and Dylan! If I ever need a plumber again, I will know exactly who to call.
