Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

I contacted Dilling after a leak was found in one of my vent pipes. They offered a free second opinion, which was awesome given that most plumbing calls come with a service fee. Dylan quickly diagnosed the exact needs for the issue and provided me with a quote on the spot. Dilling's pricing was very fair and I felt like I was given good, honest pricing and service; which is harder and harder to come by. Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of explaining everything in a way that a layperson could understand. I had 2 poor experiences with other plumbing companies prior to calling Dilling and I am so glad I ended up going with them for the job. I will definitely be using them anytime a plumbing need arises in the future.

I highly recommend Cody Penley at Dilling Heating & Cooling. I had been with Climatech for years and they recently merged with Dilling. Unsure of how the new service was going to be, I must say I am more than happy thanks to Cody. If your looking for a technician on the top of his game look no further. Cody has exceptional communication skills and is very knowledgeable in his trade. You can tell he loves his job and helping his customers is a priority. A rare find these days and it’s so refreshing.

Dilling now provides plumbing service which is the service they provided for me today. They are wonderful! The receptionist promptly scheduled my service the same day. It was so refreshing for the technician to expertly, efficiently and knowledgeably repair exactly what was needed and not try to sell me something else. Kenny, the technician, was professional, courteous, kind and fair. This is the company that I will now always call for plumbing, heating and cooling. I highly recommend them!

Kenny was amazing!! He was informative in explaining the inspection process, the various levels of repair work and other services. This our first time dealing with Dilling but I doubt it will be our last!

Kenny came out and did a thorough job checking the wiring to a unit that keeps having control board issues. He took time to explain what was checked and that everything from the breaker panel was good. Based on his recommendation we will be purchasing a new and better unit from Dilling. This Gree unit is a lemon. Had we used Dillion at the start, we would likely not be having all of these issues, not to mention the money we would have saved in the long run. We're switching to Dilling.

Kenny did a great job installing new panels and troubleshooting issues we had with our outlets and replaced them.

The service tech for Dilling HVAC, Nick, was very professional and easy to discuss and remedy the issue with one of my three systems. I will definitely call Dilling again in the future.

Our technician, Brian Galugera, was excellent. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. He was polite and happy to answer the questions I asked about our outside unit’s capacitor and the installation of a secondary safety switch on the drain pipe.

I would confidently recommend him to a neighbor or friend in need of HVAC cleaning or servicing.

In my opinion you have 3 departments to a heating & cooling company:
1) company (office personnel/billing)
2) service
3) technician

The company communicates well, and billing was a breeze. The service work was clean, efficient, and completed in a timely manner. The technician was top notch. He explained things clearly, took the time to answer additional questions and did not try to push any sales that I did not ask about, however the items I did ask about he was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend!!

We have been clients for over a year now and anytime we have call to make an appointment or had an emergency they are extremely polite and quick to respond. I am a business owner myself and look for companies that focus on customer service. The servicemen that come out are extremely polite and talk to you like a normal human being.
