Excellent service! Everyone was professional, polite, knowledgeable, respectful. Grant and Andrew S were awesome installing our new HAVC. Nick and Matt were thorough in their inspection and in explaining the issues with our HAVC. Jordan was great as well. Would highly recommend this company.

Dilling Heating and Cooling: Michael and Jason replaced my old heat pump and AC with a new up to date system. I am very happy with them and their work. They were on time and very professional and did an excellent job for me.

Cody Penley was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was kind and gave great information on how we can keep our HVAC on track. I would love to have Cody service our unit at every visit.

Jason Brown came to locate and fix a freon leak in a pipe in the walls of our house. He located it quickly, made the repair, and tested the HVAC system. We also had another issue going on related to a gas leak, and he offered to fix that for us since he was already there. He stayed until everything was complete.

Kenny came out to look at some electrical issues found by the hvac tech which was also nice that the tech alerted me about that. Kenny is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Presented me with several options to help me figure out my budget and addressed a couple of safety issues for free. I recommend him for sure!

Rob C came out to my house on time and did a great job troubleshooting my Heat/AC system. He was knowledgeable and professional and knew a great deal about home renovations too!! I’d use Dilling and only Dilling for my future HVAC servicing needs!

I had a very informative sales rep Jordan, got a comparable quote. Had installers come the next day to install, even in the nastiest of weather. They communicated well with each other. There were some oversights, that Dre came and addressed. He was very pleasant, worked timelessly, and did so with the nicest attitude.

First time interacting with Dilling since their acquisition of Climatech (my previous svc provider). Wes did a great job servicing the units and the debrief of what actions taken/needed. Kristin from the office was superb in getting my account all updated and sorted out. Highly recommend to others!!

Robert gave excellent service and not only did the work but also explained what went wrong and how he was fixing the problem. He was friendly, upbeat, and thorough! It was a joy having him here.

On 5/12/23, Rob C came out to our home due to a blocked drainage pipe. We had a previous technician come out the day before from Dilling and he was unable to resolve the issue and suggested installing new drain lines and drilling into our exterior wall to resolve the issue. My husband and I requested another technician come out before we went down the complicated and expensive process of installing new drain lines. The next day when Rob came out, not only was he able to resolve the issue and clear our existing drain lines, he took the time to show me how to do preventative maintenance in order to prevent future blockages. Additionally, he also checked our second unit, cleared out that drain line, and again walked me through how to do preventative maintenance on the unit.

I appreciate Rob’s professionalism, attentiveness, and the fact that he took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. I would highly recommend Rob and I will be requesting him by name the next time I call Dilling.
