Had an appointment set for this morning between 10-12, no one showed up or called. I called the office and was told my appointment was for 12-4. At 4:00 no one called or showed up so I called back. Was told the tech called me and I told him I needed to reschedule. I never got a phone call from anyone from Dilling’s. I was an AirWorks customer before the merger. This never happened with their company.

Kellen Wilbanks came out to diagnose and repair our air-conditioning system. He was on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Less than 2 hours later everything was put back together, the area was cleaned up, and we were enjoying our nice cool home. Thank you Kellen!

I met with Dimerous Ross to discuss a replacement heat pump and AC condenser for my house. He is cordial, knowledgeable and very helpful in laying out and explaining the best options and pricing and payment structure for the best replacement unit for my home. I am very happy with his service. He also scheduled my new unit for the day after we met. I am also familiar with the tech (Nick) who performs the twice annual service and I am happy with his service and the pricing for this service.

Michael and Jason from Dilling arrived on time this am and replaced my old heat pump and AC with the new unit. They were very professional, and did an excellent job for me. I am extremely happy with their work and the hvac system that they installed.

This is my first experience with Dilling, and it was a great experience! Another HVAC company that I had been using for over 10 years and had a maintenance contract recommended that we replace a heatpump system that they installed only 8 years ago. Replacement costs were much higher than I expected, so I wanted to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I went with Dilling. The technician from Dilling, Daniel, found some things that the other HVAC company had done wrong and corrected the problems. Our system is now working properly. Daniel did recommend an overhaul kit due to the age of our heat pump, but did not recommend replacement as did the other company. The overhaul kit recommended by Daniel was far, far less expensive than a system replacement. After this experience, I promptly fired my old HVAC company, and hired Dilling!

Had issues with the thermostat not turning on. Cody came out on time to diagnose the issue. Very friendly and informative. He ordered the correct part, and came back 2 days later with Vince who stated it was an electrical issue. Vince gave us two options to correct the problem. They both did an excellent job fixing and showing what they did. They also took time out of their day to look into another electrical issue on our deck. Overall, I was pleased with the timing, friendliness, and work done. I highly recommend Dilling along with Cody and Vince.

The technician came super late in the evening, and we greatly appreciated it: very kind and professional. However, we were told we needed to replace our entire unit and that it would cost upwards of $10k, but another company looked, replaced our motor for less than $1500 and we've been cool ever since.

Marvin from Dilling Heating & Cooling came out to our house within an hour of us learning our toilet had leaked, causing a massive flood in our home. Water was pouring down from the bathroom, through the floor and ceiling below into the kitchen. Marvin identified the issue, resolved it, allowing us to at least turn our main water line back on for the time being.

Marvin was professional, friendly, and courteous. Would highly recommend Dilling to anybody needing a plumber, especially if they get Marvin on the job.
