The first thing that impressed me about Dilling was the response to my request for an inspection of the existing system. The next day after my initial call, Jordan Sanford came out and inspected the old system, went over my options and answered all my questions. Once I made a decision to use Dilling to replace my 15 year old system in need of repair, a date was set for the replacement. DJ and Clayton were on time (even a little early!!) and did an outstanding job with the replacement that was a bit challenging. They worked tirelessly and whenever I had a question, took the time to make sure it was answered completely. They were always professional and respectful. Dilling provided me a great experience from start to finish and I look forward to being a customer for years to come!!

Replaced a 17 year old system in a day. Outside AC unit, attic Heat Pump. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. Showed up on time at 9:00 AM, protected our carpeting, removed all old equipment, installed all new equipment, cleaned up everything and were gone by 3:00 PM. System is working great, would definitely use them again.

Ryan was excellent! He took the time to diagnose a problem that ended up being with the power company. He was very professional and patient in explaining recommendations for upgrades. When we’re ready, we will definitely use Dilling!

Nick M. Came out and to do a 2nd opinion diagnostic on our hvac. He was very polite and called before hand. He was extremely honest with all of the repairs that needed to be done on our 11year old system and gave us all of our options for repair and even replacement.(he wasn’t pushy to repair at all!! Which is a huge plus, and unlike the other companies we have spoken to) He was even able to get our information over to a comfort advisor with Dilling. We will recommend Dilling to all of our family and friends for any hvac needs.

The service techs Cody and Matt came out listened to what I had to say and verified my suspicions. They were quick to get it fixed, answered all my questions. They gave me options to fix and maintained the unit and any future electrical or plumbing needs I may need in the future. Because of Cody's professionalism am now a lifelong customer.

I had Eric Long come out today and I have to say the customer service is unmatched. He was extremely professional and thorough. He helped me understand everything perfectly and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with their electrical needs
