Kenny was very professional and personable when he came out to evaluate a light that would not stay on. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood. I appreciate his honesty and transparency. I would request to have Kenny moving forward with all of my electrical needs and recommend him as he is a excellent representation of his company.

Great company, great service, and great employees like Cody who came out and found all the problems very quickly. Jordan who came out earlier then usual for an estimate so I could still get to work and made sure I had everything I needed and Russ and Dakota who had everything old taken out and new put in and running in a day. Extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend to everyone.

The technicians that came to do the six month service were very professional and completed the task very efficiently. They maintained cleanliness as well. Dealing installed a split unit in our basement, and of course they serviced it. But my service agreement also includes the fact that they serviced our main, second unit which was installed by the builder of our home. The technicians did a great job of taking care of both units!

Gary and Michael came out on a days notice and we’re able to provide insightful information and help troubleshoot my air conditioning issues. They were both extremely personable and professional and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process.

Josh did a great job explaining the problem and what to look for in the future. He was very polite/completed the work quickly. I really enjoyed him explaining both options for repairs and was very understanding when I wanted to call my spouse to discuss. Definitely will be requesting him for future maintenance jobs and repairs (hopefully won’t be calling anytime soon on the repair side)

Russ, Michael and Dakota did a fantastic job installing our new AC unit! I made sure to search all reviews for AC companies in the area and Dilling Heating and Cooling earns another 5 star review! The entire team including our Technician, Dylan Fowler, made us feel informed (as new homeowners) but not pressured. We had Dilling HVAC out for a service quote request. Jordan Sanford provided many options and was patient. He never “sold” us anything. He approached us as partners and we contracted for new services. Jordan was what all sales representatives should be.

The maintenance technicians were Steve Johnson and Gerry Norris. They repaired our upper system. Their work and attitude were exemplary. Very professional and respectful. I would recommend Dilling HVAC to everyone based on my experience with these 3 gentlemen.

The next day the Dilling team return with Russ, Dakota, and Michael to install a whole new system. They worked without breaks, did clean and excellent work. The craftsmanship was some of the best work we’ve seen.

Owen Wilson came out and spent about 3 hours with my wife and myself. We are having to replace two ac/ heating units. Owen was very professional, answered all our questions and concerns, made suggestions, gave us a quote and walked away with the order. Owen did a fantastic job. Stephen and Terrell installed a new hybrid ac/heating unit for us today! They worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I will tell everyone I know that is looking for an ac unit, repair, or just service about this company!! Highly recommend this company.

Wes did an excellent job. I have been living here for 2 years and hadn’t had my unit serviced. He cleaned the unit did an inspection and found that my disconnect was not properly installed (by-passed by original installer). Wes shared his findings with me, told me what the affects are and educated me on code guidelines. He offered me repair options and pricing right away and was able to make the repair while he was here. 10’s across the board Wes did an excellent job!
