I called on Friday and the technician was here on Saturday. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest about the parts we needed and had our air back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Dilling and Josh.

We got a complete system installed in Oct. The service has been impeccable. I love how communicative and responsive this company is! They give text updates with pics of your service tech which is really valuable for a female or elderly person who may be home alone. Also the cute anecdotes they share about your tech is really nice in a world where the human touch seems to be getting left behind.

Matt W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining items we should consider with our heating and cooling systems. He proposed options we could pursue but did not feel like he was selling to us or pressuring us but, genuinely trying to help and give us good advice. We will definitely use them in the future.

Eric and Zach did a fantastic job upgrading my smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors and upgraded my electrical system. Very polite and efficient technicians. I definitely recommend. Airforce also did a fantastic job installing a new water heater and kitchen faucet. He did an excellent and professional job.

We had an excellent experience with installation of a new heat pump. The installation team (Andrew and Ramon) were on time, worked efficiently to remove the old unit and install the new one, gave us a clear tutorial on how to use the new thermostat, answered our questions and cleaned up all of their work areas. They were some of the most professional and experienced installers we have ever had yo our home. We highly recommend Dilling.

We started the day with a dead well pump and were worried we’d be without water for a day or two. But Dylan and Chris from Dilling came through for us and went above and beyond our expectations. They ran into some issues with what would have normally been a quick job (no fault of there’s) and had to call around town to get some replacement parts. Dylan kept us updated at each step and assured us he’d take care of us. Take care of us, he most very did. Ultimately, they didn’t leave our property until our water was fully restored. Very pleased with their service and very appreciative of them staying after hours to get us back up and running same day. 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need of plumbers.

Had to finally replace my AC/Heating system. Dilling was quick to schedule and get my system replaced. Ricky & Andrew came out on a Saturday and did a fantastic job. They were on-time, quick to replace the unit in the attic and outside, friendly, and insured that everything was correct and safe. Would highly recommend based on the service these two gentlemen provided.

Cody was amazing. Another local (reputable) company came out this morning to look at why our a/c unit wasn’t cooling. He ran some tests and determined that I needed a new compressor at $3700. Cody came by for a second opinion and checked the capacitor (which the previous guy didn’t do). Turns out that was the culprit and he fixed it on the spot for less than $300. Also tested the compressor, which was fine. I’m now a Dilling customer for life. Don’t waste time calling anyone else. And Cody was the consummate professional and a very friendly and personal guy.

We were very happy with the services provided by Kellen Wilbanks the service Tech. He was very professional and informative during the troubleshooting of our A/C system. He was able to diagnose the issue and get us up and running!! Thanks Kellen!

I used them for my plumbing needs. Excellent customer service and Dylan Smith the technician that was sent was excellent. Very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Plus he was just an overall good guy. I enjoyed talking with him. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing or HVAC needs I have in the future.
