Matt was extremely nice and worked hard to resolve our problem. I highly recommend their service. He was very professional and courteous.

Tech Kellen Wilbanks gave excellent customer service. He is an asset to the company. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and he explained options to help make my unit more efficient.

Had a great experience with this company! Cody Penley was helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We have a bit of an expensive decision to make, but we will be handling it with Cody and his employer.

Kellen W and Grant were outstanding. I just tried them out after using Air Tron for 8 years....the techs at Air Tron were great, but they became too expensive. I'm very impressed and plan on sticking with Dilling.

We called for emergency service at 10 am and were told we would have a tech out between 12pm and 4pm. Come 4pm no one called or came to our house. When I called they said the tech was running behind and would be here by 7pm. I called again when no one called or showed. They said dispatch would call me. No one did I called 3 more times only to find out the main office was closed and they wouldn't be calling me at all past 5pm. After wasting an entire day I had to call a competitor to come out at 9pm. Absolutely the worst customer service! They could have just been forth coming and told us they didn't have the staff to send. Instead they lost a customer and an opportunity to sell a whole new ac system.

Rob and Steve have great personalitys and love what they do. They are so knowledgeable about their business, I have had Dilling Heating and cooling for years and will use them going forward. Word of mouth is key so I will recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC units.
