We've worked the Triangle repair group on a professional level for a bit now. However today they came to help us out of a bind at my own house. We came home last night to an interior temp of 85. (It was 70 outside) Our unit was completely frozen over. They were out first thing the next day to pry years of accumulated dog hair from the previous owner off the unit and recharge our freon and fix the pinhole leak. Great company to work with.

I saw TRG truck on our street just when I was looking for someone to install AC unit at our commercial place. First, mid summer is not the best time to schedule service like that, as we all know. I called the number and couldn't be happier with what was about to happen. TRG not only gave me the best quote, but could also put me in schedule within 3 days. It was hard to believe! Mary Beth coordinated everything from start to finish with extremely high professionalism and attention to customer needs. At the day of installation, 3 gents showed up right on time and started their job immediately. There were some unforeseen obstacles, but these boys were able to resolve and find solution without wasting a minute. I highly recommend TRG and their services.

We had a major failure of our Dual Fuel AC unit. Brandon came out and checked our unit. He found the Compressor was bad, along with a leak in the outside coil in the unit. It was covered under extended warranty and Brandon contacted the Manufacturer and verified everything, ordered parts, informed me of parts status daily, scheduled repairs and did Exactly what he promised, arrived on time, completely disassembled the unit, cleaned, made repairs and reassembled, tested and cleaned up work area, all ahead of schedule. Definitely Recommend these guys. A-1.

Brandon came out to make a repair to our HVAC ductwork. He was prompt, friendly, wore a mask, and charged a reasonable fee. We are very happy with the service from Triangle Repair Group.

My 25 year old HVAC unit finally bit the dust and put us out of heat. Called TRG and they were ready to come install a brand new unit the next day so we wouldn't be without heat in freezing temperatures. Brandon and his guys were very professional and did amazing work. I had a new ac and heating system installed in October 2016. Both systems were very good quality and reasonably priced. I have both systems maintained yearly. Always on time and very efficient. Never had any issues with either system. Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company!
