Raymond came to my house today and replace the burnt thermostat with a new and upgraded thermostat. The job was done quickly and smoothly. Raymond was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained clearly how to adjust the thermostat.

Karl was very professional, answered all my questions about equipment and cost. I didn't feel rushed during the process of getting the price quote at all. Karl represents the company very well and he's a keeper!!! One of the prior quotes I got my experience was very similar to this one with Karl as to be almost indistinguishable. It will probably come down to price, warranty and service agreement post installation and what I feel is best product being offered but let me reiterate that Karl was excellent. I will be in touch no matter who I choose to go with.
