Needed a new HVAC system fory house. Karl was quick to get in contact with me overthe phone. Emailed me the quotes quickly! I ended up not going with their compnay but would highly recommend if you need a quote!

Raheem was great. Same day service. He arrived on time, polite, honest, knowledgeable. I have a special needs daughter who is anxious around people who come into the house and he was fabulous. She felt 100% comfortable. Thanks Raheem!

The technician was nice and was able to come early in the quoted timeframe but was not able to explain to me what a voltage enhancement system was or what exactly he needed to clean to make the AC run. I told him I needed to speak with my husband about the quote and do some research. I wasn’t able to find anything on this part and when the technician called me back he let me know he had already installed the part… this was a bogus repair and was very expensive. $900 later… we weren’t even given time to consider the cost of the repair. To top it all off I was told I’d receive an emailed receipt and a picture of the before and after coil cleaning and never received an email. If the company sees this review, please email me our receipt and the before and after pictures.

Beware! Do not use this service!

Tech was on time, professional and performed the repairs in a very timely manner. Before arrival, I was sent a profile of him. He was very nice and polite to my wife and I. Even took time to explain how to program other equipment. I will recommend this

company to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you very much.

Update #1: system was not fixed and it has been very difficult to get a technician back out to my house to resolve the issue. Called the office and representative keeps saying I need to pay other service fee charge even though system wasn't fixed the first time around. This was a matter of 24hr not days. I'll update review only when the issue is resolved.

Update #2: A technician was sent back out to resolve the HVAC issue. Both technicians that have come out have been great. Just had the one issue with the phone representative giving me information of fees that didn't align with the membership perks I was to receive for joining as a residential member. Hopefully the remainder of my customer service remains same as when the actual technicians come to the house as I would like to continue using this company.

This weekend I had an issue with my heat and any day sent a technician out His name was Raymond best I've had he is professional and was very patient with me because i have hearing issues I hope I and have him every time but he is booked up call and ask for Ray you will not be disappointed
