Owner of Townhome at Morrisville finally called Mostafa Bourazki to repair the HVAC system and he found out root causes of problems and done great job.

Cannot recommended HQS enough. My gas furnace went out in the middle of a January ice storm. I called Mostafa on a Sunday morning and he actually answered. The only reason he didn't come to my house that day was because of road conditions. The next he found what we hoped was an easy fix, but after he left that didn't work. Mostafa came back the same day, diagnosed the primary problem, gave me my options, which unfortunately involved a new gas HVAC furnace/compressor to replace my 13-year-old one. By Thursday he and his crew had installed a new gas HVAC unit. He even handled getting my new unit registered for its warranty. Very responsive, professional, and reasonable in price.

My HVAC unit was intermittently making a loud noise, which I’m sure disturbed my neighbors. To resolve the issue, I got a quote from a HVAC repair company. The quote seemed extremely high, so I reached out to HQS Heating and Air for a second quote in hopes that it would be more reasonable. Mostafa came to my house and quickly diagnosed the issue. He determined that the problem was minor and immediately made the repair. Mostafa proved to be knowledgeable, professional and honest. The price he charged for the repair was over $1,000 cheaper than my original quote. If you’re looking for high quality service at a great price - he’s your guy.

Thank GOD for HQS/ EL Mostafa he was referred by Alpine a good company I found online. Alpine was professional, had good customer service, and good knowledge. The Heat/ Air Conditioning Unit did not fit the silver backing on the propane unit I had and I waited to hear back from contractors with quotes. Days was passing and I returned the Unit back to the company. After shipping the Unit back to the company I received a phone call from EL Mostafa with a quote. I told EL Mostafa I sent the Unit back and lost money on the shipping. He inform me about a local store in the area that help me and I did not have to go online. From start to finish HQS/ EL Mostafa was licensed, professional, had good customer service, good quality, value, and knowledge, he took me around and explained step by step instructions about the job performance. HQS was referred by a friend when our AC suddenly went out. They came out the next day, a Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, and found the problem, found an additional issue we didn't even know about, performed maintenance, and got our whole system up and running in an hour and a half and for a great value!

Mustafa was quite informative describing his work, so I decided right then to do an AC maintenance. My unit flows cool air much better than before.
