Were very understanding, kind and respectful of my household. They fixed the problem we were having and even an extra little inconvenient problem with the drain outside.

I am very happy with Josh the service technician. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. What I am unhappy about is the price. He found a blown fuse and discovered a nicked wire. He replaced the fuse and put a piece of tape on the wire. Total price $578.00. That includes the visit fee and taxes. Don't know how this compares to other companies but I will find out if I need more service.

Another company installed air intake handler and the drain pipe was right in front of the filter opening. It also wasn't the best drain install. Vitaliy fixed it after doing thorough system check. Very happy with work. Vitaliy was very respectful of my home.

Jacob was very respectful and friendly. He greeted me with a smiled and once I showed him what the issue was he immediately went to look at it. Explained what he was going to do step by step, the amount it would be and if I wanted to proceed with the job. Once he was done he waited to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend!
