I can’t say enough good things about Champion Comfort! They are helping me keep my entire house running like a well oiled machine. With the routine maintenance, I get twice a year checkups to make sure my units are in working order, and they never try to sell me on anything beyond making basic recommendations, and if something does need to be fixed, they do an amazing job the first time!

I have used Champion for 10+years and highly recommend them. All of their service folks are professional, friendly and well qualified. This is true of the office staff as well. Trustworthy and dependable company. Chase came today for regular maintenance check. Very pleased with the visit.

Installation of pressure reducing valve for expected increase in water pressure due to new water line and pump station.
Upon inspection, Dylan learned that I already had the needed valve. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me how the valve works and what to expect. He also checked our current water pressure.
Dylan was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very patient and kind. He is an asset to your company. I would welcome Dylan’s help with any future plumbing needs.

Jeff was professional & courteous throughout the appointment. He was very thorough in completing the assessment of our plumbing situation. He was on task at all times & respectful of the property. Travis arrived on time, was very nice, and explained the entire process of system maintenance before starting. He asked about work that needed to be done ahead of doing it to not incur any cost on my end. Travis also gave an example of to do certain types of maintenance for our system as well that would also save us money as well.

Overall 5/5 star experience.

Agent was very professional and on time. He had to wait until Monday to get the parts to repair my septic system. He returned as promised on Monday morning and serviced the pump and installed the new float. After testing the system it seemed to be operating properly. However after he left, and a shower was taken and a few flushes of the toilet the septic alarm came on again and Champion had to be contacted a second time to return to check on the problem.

Ben and Archie came out to help us with an electrical problem with one of our outside sockets. They came out less than 24 hours after we called them. They were professional and courteous and took time to explain what happened. They also installed a whole house surge protector. We would definitely recommend Champion for electrical servicing. We felt the pricing was reasonable. We used a coupon which was on the web site and that saved us the 'drive out' fee.
