Xavier came to work on our solar-powered hot water heater system. He was excellent.

If there were 10 Stars,that's what they would get! EXCELLENT service,highly knowledgeable and honest! Arrived quickly after I called for help,Larry and Chris turned my disaster into a great fix and enjoyable,they are very friendly,know what they are doing,and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call again when needed! :) I have their number on my refrigerator now,ready for when I need help again. Called them out for an estimate on a water leak under the house. They came out told us the water tank was leaking and it would cost $1500.00 to fix. They replaced the water tank, even though upon inspection after the replacement tank was in and had a good look at the old tank, it was actually the pipe into the tank that had rusted out. Buy the time it was all said and done, I was charged $1950.00 with the explanation of all the "miscellaneous" items they had to install to get it to work. NOT happy, don't use them, they're crooks! Of course, they won't count this in the reviews or let it post!

Marcus was exceptional! Not only did he go out of his way to provide great service, he was honest and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he fix me into his schedule at the last minute! Thank you!

Progressive performed a major job for us, replacing old lead plumbing pipe in a historic building, about 40’+ of it which involved cutting through concrete to get to it, replacing it with new pvc and then replacing the concrete.
They are professional, efficient, and know what they are doing. I wouldn’t use anyone else for a major job like this! Now that they have done such a great job in our commercial building, I will be hiring them for a job in my home. Highly recommend.

The technician on call for late night emergencies went above and beyond to get our plumbing issue fixed so we could get water back on. With a chronically ill person in the house, access to water is very important for us. He worked quickly and fixed issues the last person who worked on it created for us. Thank you Justin.

James and Brent came twice to our property to investigate a supposed sewage leak. They spent plenty of time in what turned out to be a fruitless search, since in the end it appears that the leak was not from our system at all but from our neighbor! I appreciated their efforts. It cost a fair amount for them to run a camera down various pipes - money that I will probably not be able to get back from the city - but it was worth it for the peace of mind of getting this settled.

The service representative was prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. I would recommend Progressive Service Company based on my experience with this representative.
