Late arrival without a phone call, not the first time. Parts that were going to be replaced with the original price quote were not replaced. Poor communication, what you request over the phone does not get transferred to the techs work order. Manager needs training on how to professionally address customer concerns. What you see on their tv commercial is not what you receive.

This was my first experience with using this company and it was an emergency. I was well pleased with the services that were provided. The plumber was informative, knowledgeable, professional and very polite. I would most definitely recommend Progressive Service Company for anyone's plumbing needs. I chose the right one!

There were several Progressive Service Companies and the one that I am reviewing had a PO Box Address of 91297 in Raleigh, NC on the bill. The one good thing about them was that they responded quickly. Although they had to come back the next day. The charge was ridiculous in my opinion. It was just over $1800 labor charges after I bought my own tank. It would have been more than that if I allowed them to buy and bring the tank. I needed hot water and did not let it bother me. I then tried to contact them several times to get a detailed explanation of the charges to try and submit to the warranty company. They have GHOSTED me! Unless you have an emergency and they are the only company available, STAY AWAY. They are a complete Rip-Off as for labor charges!

Cody C. was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He seemed super concerned and dedicated to helping us decide on the best, most practical and cost effective route for my water heater needs. He made sure I understood all the pros and cons of propane vs electric so I'd be clear on which was the better fit for my home/family. I definitely recommend Cody C.!

Had a blocked sink this morning. I called and got an appointment for the afternoon. Jason E came this morning and got everything cleared up for me. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend this company to my friends and relatives. Every time I have had to call Progressive they have always been punctual, polite and took care of the job with no problems.

Kevin called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, removed the old toilet, installed the new one, and took the old one away. He was very courteous in our home, and a pleasure to deal with. The toilet works great. He did not leave a mess.

When a customer explains what the problem is (clogged toilet)and asks for a breakdown of the fees, they usually want the answer in a nutshell detailed. When a customer then gets the $190.00+ quote for service from that contractor and then asks the details again, but gets a response that it's just the flat fee for service - you are still in the wrong. When you are a service repair contractor you are just a "guest" in a person's home, to perform a service, so your level of professionalism should be at the highest form. Once I stated my opinion of the price of service, you should as a "guest" just agree to the services and reassure their quality even at their price. At no point of time, should I be told "shop around then" and proceed to head out of my bathroom as if you are the homeowner. I then proceeded to tell this contractor the proper way to communicate whatever you are thinking you are saying is in poor taste period. as I was escorting them out on the front porch, I further explain to this contractor that he does not need to tell me to "shop" around, I'm the homeowner what else is new - that I know I could do. Went with another company, got top notch service, and they "replicated" the problem - because you know that's your job. This business will not get a dime of money from me, nor referrals - I will also blast this around on the next door app, and within our community since I can. Times are tough enough, your attitude is not welcomed here - we are not desperate.

Michael was a true professional. Contacted us before hand to let us know when he would arrive, arrived on time, went about his work without delays or interruptions, cleaned up the work area afterwards, and took away all the trash generated during the install. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work.

My garbage disposal was replaced and working just fine. The installation went smoothly and completed in a tad over an hour.

I would strongly recommend Progressive for your plumbing service. I plane to use this company for any future services.
