Dryer Vent Dynamics

Patrick of Dryer Vent Dynamics was responsive to my concern about my dryer not working up to par. He checked out my dryer airflow and found that it lost VERY little from the dryer to the outside vent. The 20 ft vent was clean from his cleaning about 1/2 year ago when he originally cleaned it out. At that time, there was a TON of debris in the vent. It was amazing how much a vent collects. Everyone should have their vent cleaned about once a year. The little dryer I have does not have much airflow, so the vent has to be clean.

Patrick completed my dryer vent cleaning. We had another company come out previously and after 2 visits they did not clear our dryer vent, but Patrick was patient and worked to clear the clog. He was on time, professional, and I trusted the work he completed. We will continue to use and recommend him in the future.

He replaced the exterior dryer vent cap, replaced the dryer vent hose, after he noticed a problem with the appliance seller's installation, and cleaned and adjusted the exterior vent cap for a bathroom exhaust fan. Patrick was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to address dryer vent issues.

Great company. It was easy getting the appointment. Patrick kept us posted on his time and when he was en route. Excellent job cleaning what turned out to be a very dirty duct. He explained everything and was extremely friendly and professional.

Patrick did an amazing job. He was able to fit us in sooner than scheduled, arrived on time with notice before his arrival. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficiently cleaned our existing dryer duct and installed a new duct in our laundry room from the unit to the wall that looks better than before. Patrick saved me $800 by just taking the time to assess my dryer vent with his camera. Another company refused to clean it and quoted me $800 to install a new dryer vent through the roof. Patrick took a closer look and found nothing wrong with the existing vent and was able to clean it no problem. I am so relieved and happy to use his services.

Loved Patrick's service. We are a Blo Charlotte, so our dryer is constantly going thru out the business day. He took the time to do a few extra things to help the air flow in our dry.
