If you want a company that’s nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy….go with this one! I called the gas company on a Wednesday to check out a possible leak in our new home, and it turned out to be our hvac unit. (20 years old) James came out that day to take a look and provide options and quotes. It was replaced today (Friday), and would have been sooner if we didn’t get multiple quotes. He and his team answered all our questions. We will definitely use this company for anything else that falls under their scope in the future. Thank you all!

We called this morning for an issue and they were able to send someone out the same day! Nick was AWESOME, he explained what may be going on and how everything is normally supposed to function. He was personable and professional, and our plumbing is already back to normal! I thought this would be a long and painful process but I’m glad I called them. I needed the outlets in my kitchen replaced because my refrigerator would not come on. They came in the same day within hours of me requesting service and completed the repair.

Matthew came out and gave me a fair estimate. He started the work the next day! He was professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after. I am super impressed and so glad I used this company. I highly recommend them.

Problem noticed at 12:00pm. Fully fixed by 2:00pm. No appointment. Just called and now we’re back in business.

Nick is the man!!!

We had some major water damage to our house 2 years ago. "Experts" told us we needed to change the waste pipe that drains our cloths washer because it was the size. Talking thousands of dollars to remove and replace. Ecogreen sent Plumer, Nick Gearity to our house in Hickory. He texted me that he was on his way. Who does that?

He arrived earlier then expected and got right to work. He examined our situation and came up with a totally different diagnosis. He not only found the problem (hidden plug in a horizontal line). He fixed it after running for parts and literally saved me thousands of dollars! We are extremely well satisfied with Nick's work. If you need a plumber, call EcoGreen and ask for Nick Gearity

Service was great! Customer service was very professional and responsive to the questions I had prior to my appointment. Steven was great. He showed up on time, was friendly and respectful, gave a transparent assessment of the service and was able to do the installation very quickly. Clearly, he's an experienced pro. I will definitely use EcoGreen Home Services again for future needs and would 100% recommend their services.

Shannon was a pleasure to work with! Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable! He was very patient and willing to explain what the issues are and how to he intended to remediate them. He was able pinpoint where the issue originated and repair it so that power was restored for 6 additional outlets. Shannon is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in his skillset/craft as we would not be defeated by the difficulty of locating the main issue. He not only restored the outlets, but he also restored our kitchen light fixture and made sure that the wiring and fixtures were in a better state than they were when he arrived. We’ve had an electrician in the past that was unable to repair the outlets, so when Shannon began researching the issue I wasn’t hopeful that it could be repaired. Needless to say I was elated to hear that we now have all of our outlets functioning as they should. Shannon made my day! Thank you for being so AWESOME!
