Delays in the time to begin service from estimate (5-9-23 to 5-22-23) and arrived without all parts needed to complete the service (spent 1hr and 45 min to get the necessary parts).

Steve made it look easy, knew which part to buy, and installed it within 10 minutes of his return from the supplier. Worth every penny!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My son discovered a leak in the ceiling in our garage coming from a leaky pipe from a bathtub upstairs. I saw where other people had used Eco Green in our neighborhood, so I called, and they had someone over within an hour or two. Nick was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He cared to fix the issue with as little expense to me as possible, giving me options of what to try first instead of replacing parts that didn’t necessarily need to be replaced. Very pleased with this company! Stuff like this makes you want to return as a customer and recommend them to everyone, when you feel valued and not just like another dollar sign.

Great customer service is a rarity these days. I want to share my experience with Eco Green Heating & AC out of Cornelius. I had no heat from my furnace and called Eco Green after I had tried a different company that came out, did not fix the problem but charged me $100. Eco Green's owner, James Wilson, sent Joe (HVAC) and Luis (electrician) to my house within 30 minutes of my call. They diagnosed the issue straight away, fixed it and restored my heat. The charges were fair, but the response, the expertise and the manner in which these men conducted themselves were outstanding. This company certainly differentiates itself from others by their commitment to the customer, whatever it takes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eco Green for any HVAC or electrical need you may have.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, over 9 service calls and 6 different repair guys in a 10 month timeframe after installation.

The salesman Drew was outstanding and patience. Luis and the install crew were pleasant, professional, and very helpful with explaining the process. The install was done in a timely matter for the split unit. They left the area clean, no dirt was placed anywhere on my grey carpets. They went above and beyond from the salesman Drew, to Judy and Lauren, and especially Luis and crew. This will be my go to for heating, plumbing, and electrical.

We were very pleased with our experience with EcoGreen for HVAC replacement. We got estimates from 5 companies and the owner, James, gave us the best price and value. Luis and his partner arrived promptly the next business day and did a fantastic job installing the new system, making sure it was working perfectly and all was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this company, all employees are dedicated to excellent customer service.

Steve did a great job on the work needed to be done. Initially, we had him come in to install an electrical outlet and wiring to the panel for an over the stove microwave. He did a great job on that and let me know that our panel was in pretty bad shape. We have had electrical issues in the past but thought they were all addressed. He showed me where wires were burned and gave me an estimate for replacing the whole panel. Given the fire hazard we opted to go ahead with the replacement. It was scheduled before he ever left our house and he was on time for that appointment and did a great job, making sure every fuse was clearly labeled. We are very pleased with our experience with EcoGreen Home Services and will use them again.
