Hello AMR Heating and Cooling. We had service through our home warranty and Bill Brewster allowed an unidentified person to do his work while he sat in the truck on his phone on November 24, 2021. I wanted to reach out to let you know how disappointing it is that you allowed someone to create a fire in our furnace by not restoring a bypass sensor almost setting our house on fire and promised to repair it and never did. I have recordings of promises to repair, pictures and a fire report to back up our claims.

This company owner ripped me off for 375.00 don't use them!!!!!
