Jarrett the technician was extremely professional. He performed a very comprehensive diagnostic and advised us all issues he found. We feel very comfortable with him repairing all problems he found and would recommend All Temp to all of our friends. All Temp was very prompt with their service and gave us great advice concerning cleaning our ducts, saving us unnecessary $$$ we would have spent.

From the my initial service call to the end HVAC installation, All Temp representatives were professional and attentive to my needs. Phillip and his coworkers were very courteous during installation and when done explained the install to me completely. I appreciated his willingness to make sure I was informed and happy. I would definitely recommend All Temp because their prices are VERY competitive, they have financing, they are prompt, AND they are professional!!!

These guys are 5 star. Over the years I and my neighbors used them from simple maintenance all the way to entire A/C and Water Heater, and ERV replacement. The prices are the prices. The entire HVAC industry is expensive. All Temp is not the cheapest nor the the most expensive. What I did always get with all temp is an extremely knowledgeable and competent staff. Billy himself is an engineer and really knows what he is talking about. He gave me great advice and alternatives over the years in some challenging situations. When there are problems, they own them and fix them rather than making excuses how they are wormhole your fault. Diane in the back office is on top of all the details and is very easy to talk to. And every one of the technicians who showed up to my house has been professional, competent, clean and respectful to the property.

Technician Logan performed our semi-annual system maintenance focusing on the A/C side of the system. He was professional, on time and thorough.

I am so grateful to AllTemp. They put me on the schedule right away because our AC was not working and it was very hot inside and out. Sal got our AC back up and running. He worked all afternoon on the unit to make sure it was running properly. I was braced for a huge bill since he had been here so long but was so surprised to hear him say it was all covered under the warranty! We have had a good experience with them every time we've called.

Called All Temp when the company I HAD service contract with let me down. All Temp had Tech in my home in about three hours. New coil being installed in about 36 hours. Switched service contract to All Temp. Ryan was very professional and courteous during visit (footies went on as soon as he entered the house). He explained all the details and didn’t leave until unit was actually running (and cooling) again. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I talked to. Ray listen to what I wanted (info wise) and gave me answers without side stepping my questions. Anthony improved on the initial service call and install times. I was treated how I would expect a long time customer to be respected/treated.

Excellent and professional service. This company provides the best customer service, starting with Diane at the office, (she makes things happen) and the group of technicians are always so nice and respectful. Phillip did a fast and great job today!!

This is a very knowledgeable and professional HVAC design and installation company. Mike was a real pleasure to work with on the install. I have had two systems installed as replacement/upgrades at different times and the work on both has been top notch. They paid a lot of attention to the details, leaving a well-labeled and carefully cleaned-up installation.

Great job from Mike Clark and his apprentice installing my new HVAC today. Very professional and helpful with any questions. I look forward to enjoying a “cool” house for the first time in a while. Thanks again to All Temp and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new heat and air unit.
