We had gas logs installed and had an issue with them.They were back out quickly and did an amazing job taking care of it with no additional costs to us. Easy to communicate on the phone with and stands behind their service. Would highly recommend them for services.

Brian and Phillip did the install today of my new gas line for my dryer. They were professional, safety conscious, considerate, thorough, and they consulted with us when they needed decisions by explaining the need and possible solutions. Every step of the way, we we informed and advised of progress! Piedmont was overwhelmed, but my luck that they referred us to All Temp! Very happy with them. They even finished ahead of schedule. The inspection is in a few days. Can't wait to connect my new dryer!

Logan saves the day! Logan did a diagnostics and was quickly able to determine the problem. He thoroughly explained the issue and fixed it within the hour. He was very friendly, professional and great to work with. All-Temp has been my go to company for years and I greatly appreciate the quick response time to come out. I have comfortably got back to my 68 degree house within hours of calling!

Ray was the pro that I needed for my issue. After being on my 4th day with no AC, he was able to find the issue when other techs couldn't. He saved me a decent amount of money because the issue was the controller inside of my 2 month old AC unit that I just got in May. I'd highly recommend Ray to anyone needing HVAC repair that requires more troubleshooting.

Also, David provided outstanding customer service! He knew that my home was sweltering hot, but it would take them another visit to find the issue. He brought in 3 window units to pull the heat and humidity out of my home, which helped to return my home to a livable atmosphere. Thanks so much for your help!

Your plumber, Roger, was here today to provide the free plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, and explained what he was doing and what he found. The inspection was fine. Unfortunately, the one thing that could be repaired was a hose bib, and the price for that is $432. , which makes i tway too much for such a small job.
