Called at 7:49 am to get a technician out due that my heat wasn't working.
Technician called me at 8:53 am to let me know that he would be at my house in 20 minutes.

Adrian and Manuel come out today to service my unit and were very professional and did a great job on getting my unit up and running agian and answered all my questions .

Still waiting for them to call me back. Really need to fix their phone mailbox service and just pay for the assistance to make sure human to human contact happens. Simple things.
