A shout out to Gene who helped me this wknd. He helped me over the phone to very quickly troubleshoot and confirm that we were not having an HVAC problem but had partial power coming into the house, and he directed me to call our power company immediately. I would've called the electric company on my list of vendors from our home builders. I was home alone at night trying to comfort a cranky toddler, and Gene got me on track to make the right phone call. He even called me back a few hours later to to double check that we were taken care of.

I was impressed of the service John Gentle provided, he showed up the same day I called, on time, and went above and beyond answering every question and even helping explaining and setting up the new thermostats (which is something usually done by the Smarthome people and not them).

I used this company a couple years ago for heating system install. I'm writing this review now because they treat their employees like trash. The fact that they make their employees forfeit their EARNED vacation time is absolutely shameful. I plan on using one of their competitors to have my ducts cleaned.

Our AC froze on arguably the hottest day of the year, which happened to be on a weekend too. The heat was getting to me (my hubs and the pups) and I worried that we would sweat through the weekend until normal business hours resumed. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. We left a voicemail and within minutes received a call from Emanuel D. who came out within the hour and diagnosed the situation. Emanuel was prompt and professional, providing us thorough explanations of the situation for our understanding. Emanuel could tell we needed a new damper, which he ordered that day. As soon as the part was received, Emanuel came out (with Michael H) to complete the replacement. I appreciate Emanuel and Michael's help and highly recommend Romanoff for your HVAC repairs.

I am in a new construction home, built in 2016 with Romanoff being the hvac company used. I have a dual thermostat system and they should have installed a transformer, but they just used a jumper cable, essentially cutting corners. Even the manual for the system says a transformer is required, and they refuse to fix. They also installed our flue pipe with no cover, letting the elements and bird droppings constantly clog our unit, and also wont fix this. If youre the trusted company to be installing hvacs in a ton of new homes, you should do the work properly and by the book! Now, Im out of warranty (not that they would fix it when I was in warranty) and paying hundreds to have this work done by a different company.

Gene Cook is the friendliest, most professional and just all around nice guy. It seems that my HVAC issue has been resolved. If it's not, he assured me that they will come back until it is. Can't ask for anything more than that.

My heating shut off and I called Romanoff and spoke to Candice. She was amazing and sent Emanuel out and he was amazing too! My son and I were without heat and they were quick to our rescue and saved us! I can’t thank Candice and Emanuel enough for their kind, fast and professional services! It was so cold and they genuinely cared and made sure we had heat! You guys rock! Seriously.... Thank you both so much!

I called Romanov to see what it would cost to simply come to my home and do some maintenance. They informed me they ONLY service homes they have under their warranty that they have installed via new construction. Clearly not what their website says so please be aware of this before you waste your time as well.

My house was build in 2016, romanoff install the unit. Since it was just me and my wife, we hardly used any other room, recently when we were getting ready to setup a room for our son, we noticed that room was not heating or cooling like any other room in the house. Who would've thought room aren't balanced to be used for everyday use. When I called Romanoff to get that issue fixed they wanted to charge me instead of fixing the issue.
