Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

My A/C unit won't work and it's summer. Came here for a capacitor but was told I have to have an account to purchase because they do not sell to the general public. Fine. Not employees fault but man do these industries have us by the balls. You're practically forced to pay a business to come out and fix your stuff.

The absolute worst experience in the heat of the summer. Our contractor ordered these parts weeks ago, and they had the coil but the condenser was on back order. So then they went to pick up the parts today, so they had the condenser and GAVE AWAY THE COIL I GUESS? Absolutely unacceptable. They know how to take a back order, I guess they don’t know how to HOLD a back order.

I was just refused service because I am not a contractor. They do not sell any parts to individuals. Do not waste your time!
